Although he has a rather full speaking schedule, Bob accepts a few consulting assignments. If you are interested in talking to him about consulting assistance, start with a phone call.

Tell him about your organization, your industry, the problems you are encountering, the solutions you have considered, etc. At that point, he’ll provide insights about similar problems he may have encountered in his own career and how he solved them.

After a brief telephone conversation, you’ll be able to determine whether or not there is a “fit.” It will soon be obvious whether you and Bob can work together to achieve the goals you have established for your organization and whether Bob’s style of leadership and business philosophies are appropriate for your organization and compatible with your own management style. If not, he may be able to suggest another consultant who can better serve you. There’s no charge for this telephone consultation.

Bob won’t accept an assignment if he feels he can’t add considerable value to your organization.
